1. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content created or provided by Business Wealth Blueprint—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, worksheets, downloads, assessments, digital products, coaching frameworks, and written materials—is the exclusive property of Business Wealth Blueprint and protected under United States Copyright Law (17 U.S. Code § 101 et seq.).

This content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or redistribute any part of our materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access to our services.

Additionally, any content you voluntarily provide—such as completed assessments, screenshots, call recordings, documentation, or other media—becomes the property of Business Wealth Blueprint. We reserve the right to use such content internally or externally for training, quality control, or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Digital Products

Due to the sensitive nature of the content and immediate access to intellectual property,

most digital products are non-refundable

once purchased. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. We’re happy to answer any pre-sale questions to ensure you’re selecting the right fit.

2.2 Event Registrations

Each live or virtual event has a specific refund policy outlined at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are

fully refundable up to 60 days before

the event start date. Refunds within 60 days are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund cannot be issued, we may allow your payment to be

applied as a credit toward a future event

, depending on availability and eligibility.

2.3 Private Coaching & Implementation Programs

If the outcome outlined in your coaching agreement is not achieved by the deadline specified in the product or program description, Business Wealth Blueprint will either:

Provide a full refund, orContinue working with you at no additional cost until the defined goal is met,

provided that all of the following conditions are met

You attended at least 90% of the scheduled coaching or implementation sessions.You implemented 100% of our recommended frameworks and strategies, without deviation.You maintained those implementations consistently for at least six months within your business.

These conditions exist because our systems are designed for full execution and long-term cultural adoption. Clients who commit fully to the process consistently achieve meaningful results. Partial implementation nearly always leads to watered-down or inconsistent outcomes.

A common example: many clients attempt to adjust daily routines by holding morning meetings only once or twice per week (e.g., just Tuesdays and Thursdays), or limiting

3S Time

—which stands for

Sweep, Sort, and Standardize

—to only Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. While these adjustments may seem minor, they

critically undermine the consistency

required to build a strong operational culture. Deviating from core rhythms like these is one of the most frequent reasons clients fail to achieve results—and in such cases, a refund

will not be granted

.

We also reserve the right to

decline or issue a partial refund

on a case-by-case basis, based on the actual results achieved, the quality and consistency of implementation, and the unique context of each client’s situation.

3. Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Results

All content and advice provided by Business Wealth Blueprint is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not offer financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. All decisions made based on our content are solely your responsibility.

While our systems have proven successful for many,

we make no guarantees of specific results

Your success is influenced by factors beyond our control, including your effort, market conditions, business model, team, execution discipline, and external variables such as geopolitical or economic shifts. You understand and agree that outcomes may vary, and you will not hold us liable for any loss, underperformance, or unmet expectations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Wealth Blueprint and its team disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or business disruption—arising from your use of our products, services, or recommendations. This limitation applies regardless of legal theory (contract, negligence, strict liability, etc.).

5. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information submitted during purchases, onboarding, assessments, or coaching sessions may be used to improve our services, personalize your experience, and deliver marketing or follow-up content. By engaging with Business Wealth Blueprint, you consent to this usage.

By interacting with our company, submitting your information, or accessing any of our content or platforms, you also give us permission to contact you via email, SMS, phone, or other communication channels for marketing, informational, and service-related purposes.

6. Media & Marketing Release

You grant Business Wealth Blueprint permission to use your name, image, voice, likeness, testimonials, or submitted feedback in any format—including photo, video, or audio—for marketing, training, or promotional purposes without compensation.

If we visit your location or you submit materials (e.g. videos, screenshots, or recordings), any content we capture or receive becomes our sole property. We may use, edit, and publish that content at our discretion, including on websites, social platforms, advertisements, or internal training.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy and avoid exposing sensitive business information. However, you acknowledge that by participating in recorded interactions or submitting materials,

you waive any right to approve, restrict, or be compensated for the use of that content

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the

State of Missouri

, without regard to conflict of law principles, and applicable

United States federal law

. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction and venue will reside in the appropriate

state or federal courts located in Missouri

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Business Wealth Blueprint regarding your access to and use of our services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.
